Michael Lloyd Graham

Michael Lloyd Graham, 74, of Louisville went to be with his Heavenly Father on December 29, 2017.
Mike was a native of Lexington and he served in the Army following graduation from Bryan Station High School. He graduated from UK in May of 1966, and in June married the love of his life, Sharon Tipton of Frankfort.

Due to Mike's business career they moved 14 times over the next 22 years settling in Louisville in 1988 when he was called to be the first Business Administrator of Southeast Christian Church. He retired in 2008 while serving as Minister of Stewardship and Estate Planning. One of the favorite aspects of his ministry was assisting people with their finances and helping them get out of debt. During his long battle with cancer he was able to inspire countless others fighting their own health challenges. Throughout his life God used his love of teaching to lead small groups, Bible Studies and serve on several non-profit boards.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Sharon Tipton Graham, son, Michael P. (Linsey) Graham, Indianapolis, IN; daughter, Michele L. Graham, Louisville, KY; daughter-in-love, Mitzi (Fritz) Kaufman, Newburgh, IN; grandson, Isaac Graham, Indianapolis, IN; granddaughter, Megan Graham, Newburgh, IN; cousin, Janet Berry Switzer, Lexington, KY and a large number of dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and the Celebration Service at 11 AM on Friday, January 5, 2018, at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Parkway, Louisville, KY 40243. Burial will follow in the Lexington Cemetery.
