Michael Joseph Goodlett, 56, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020.
He was born on January 7, 1964 in Louisville, Kentucky to Howard and Carol (Miller) Goodlett. He enjoyed boating, fishing, gardening, working an projects and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Goodlett, Jr., wife, Sherry Goodlett, sister, Nora Nicoulin.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Goodlett, son, Joshua (Kara) Dunn, son, Justin Goodlett, granddaughter, Katie Dunn, grandson, Matthew Dunn, sister, Peggy (Chuck) Lardner, sister, Karen Sparks, brother, Howard Goodlett, III, brother-in-law, Steve Nicoulin, brother-in-law, Kenny Dunn, brother-in-law, Richard Lee Dunn, best friend, Lavon Gibson-Goodlett, best friend, Dennis Chism, and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Funeral Ceremony at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
The family requests that contributions in Michael's memory be made to the family.
