Michael D. "Mickey" Hack, 54, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky passed away on September 2, 2016. Mike was retired from the PRP Fire Department.
Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Gay Montgomery.
Mike is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sandra; sons, Dean and Tyler; grandson, Hunter; brother, Denny (Patricia); sisters, Angie (Kevin) and Denise; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
