Michael Stephen Curtis

Michael Stephen "Mike" Curtis, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024. Mike was a loving and devoted husband, father, Pa, and Papaw Mike. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a true master mechanic. Mike was a skilled handyman and enjoyed working on any car, especially antique Volkswagen's, and helping anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on June 7, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to Atrice and Fanny (Stephens) Curtis. He is preceded in death by his father, Atrice P. Curtis; and mother, Fanny Curtis.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Teresa Curtis; sons, Steven Michael (Melissa) Curtis, Nathan Robertson Curtis; daughters, Andrea (Aaron) Edelen, Jennifer Grider, Sarah Grider, Rebecca (Steve) Durham; 5 grandchildren; sister, Margaret (Jim) Johnson; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
