Michael Lynn Bell

Michael Lynn Bell, 67, of Otisco, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020. Michael enjoyed fishing, being outside working around his house and yard, and lending a hand to his neighbors. He also enjoyed having a political debate or two and loved cheering for the Indiana Hoosiers. Out of all his pastimes, his favorite was spending time with his family and friends.

He was born on June 24, 1953, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Herlie and Doris (Tindle) Bell. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Tina Borden.

Michael is survived by his sons, Brian Bell and Bradley (Jeremy) Bell; granddaughters, Maliyah Bell and Olivia Matherly; siblings, Linda King, Christopher (Karen) Bell, Roxann Wilson, Rhonda Norton, Vickie Frazure, Timothy Bell, and Dennis Baird; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). His Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with burial and military honors to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
