Michael Wayne Beatty, 41, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 4, 2018.
He was born on August 28, 1976 in Bedford, Kentucky to the late Virgil and Ruth (Prince) Church.
Michael is survived by his sisters; Cathy Wesley, Carol Allen, Sharon Church and brother, Daniel Beatty.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 12/Noon at New Life Fellowship (1542 Clifty Drive Madison, IN 47250).
