Melvin Ells, 71, of Mount Washington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
He was born on May 15, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Lemual and Ethel (Murphy) Ells. He is also preceded in death by his son Jesse Sutherland, brothers Jimmy, Buddy, Manuel, Clarence and sister Geraldine.
Melvin is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Joyce Ells, daughters Melissa (Timmy), Jennifer (Charlie), Tammy, Jessica; sons Melvin (JoAnn), Scott, Timmy (Angela), twenty two grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, brother Lloyd and sister Paulette (Jimmy).
Due to the Covid-19 regulations all services will be private.
The family requests that contributions in Melvin's memory be made to the family in the name of Theresa Ells.
