Melissa LeeAnn Salyer, 54, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on January 7, 2016. She was a commercial cleaner for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Melissa was born on December 25, 1961, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Preston and Prescilla Salyer. She was preceded in death by her parents and her late fiancé, Blair Koleta. She is survived by her children, Amy Logsdon and Mike Salyer; 4 grandchildren, Preston, Kitana, Mason, and Trevyn; along with her best friend, Robby Watson.
There will be a memorial visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) with a service to follow at 1:00 p.m.
