Spencer, Melissa Jean, 50, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on May 20, 2015. She was employed at UPS where she worked for 14 years.
Melissa was born on January 25, 1965, in Louisville , Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald L. Hudson, and one grandchild, Emily Perry.
Melissa is survived by her husband, Lonnie Spencer; children, Corey Perry, and Caytie Perry, Brandon, Chris, Kassidy, and Alec Spencer; grandchildren, Haleigh Perry, Madilynn Spalding and Braylen Spencer; mother, Betty Hudson; sister, Melinda Adams.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, May 25, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A funeral service to honor the life of Melissa will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home.
