Mayme "Luella" (Radcliff) Edwards, 93, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Luella was born on October 29, 1921 in Banner, Oklahoma to Ollie H. and Myrtle S. (Maxey) Radcliff. She was a founding member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Mayme enjoyed sewing, quilting, and crocheting.
Luella was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Edwards; and a sister, Ruby Page. She is survived by her loving children; Harvey (Julianne), John (Vickie), Charles (Sandy), Ray (Theresa) Edwards, Wanda Judd (Gerald); 12 grandchildren, Andy, Jessica, Kindra, Jeffery, Michael, Dorah, Laura, Chris, Diana, Christina, John C., Josh; 16 great-grandchildren, Chloe, Maddie, Haley, Carly, Kaitlynn, Ashton, Braden, Leah, Kenton, Austin, Peter, Dylan, Matthew, Jay, Jillian, and Ella.
A visitation will be from 1:00PM to 6:00PM on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her funeral service will be on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 11:00am with burial to follow at Abundant Life Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the First Southern Baptist Church in Floyd Knobs, Indiana.
