Mary Lucille Wells

Mary Lucille Wells, 88, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. Mary was devoted to her family. Her greatest love was the time she spent with them traveling, going to sporting events, and making trips to the casino. She found great joy in sharing memories of growing up on the farm and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was born on April 8, 1933, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Henry and Loretta (Huber) Bramer. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Rosemary Bramer, Edward "Bubby" Bramer, and Catherine Bennett.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Howard Wells; children, Paul (Sue) Taylor, Dean (Lisa) Wells, April Kendall, and Kevin (Lisa) Wells; siblings, Mary Fraley, Richard "Dickie" Bramer, Sr., JoAnn Coomer, Betty Beaird, and Henrietta "Cindy" Fraley; grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Beverly, Matthew Wells, Bryce Kendall, Brett Kendall, Jack Wells, and Luke Wells; and great-grandchildren, Taylor Beverly and Ethan Wells.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens-West in Louisville, Kentucky.
