Mary E. Brown Watts, born January 24, 1942, in Spencer County Kentucky to Leon and Grace Gilbert Brown.
She was the 5th of 7 children born to this union. She was called home on November 3, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. Mary met and married Norman Watts and she moved to Ekron, KY where she became a farmer's wife and raised cattle. They had been married for 47 years, and she loved every minute of it. She cooked and baked and raised a garden every year until she became ill, her passing will leave a big empty space that will be hard to fill.
She is survived by her sister, Janice Southern (John) and brother, Robert A. Brown and a host of relatives and friends. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
