Mary "Robin" Roberta Wilson (Shipley), 84, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. She is survived by her son, Robert James Wilson Jr, and Daughter, Elizabeth Joanne (BJ) O'Daniel (Wilson), grandchildren Theresa Marie Adkins (O'Daniel), Jason Wayne O'Daniel (Cassie), Beth Wilson Watkins (Jason) and Robert Edward Wilson (Leira) and great grandchildren Addison and Jillian Adkins, Caden, Landon and Grayson O'Daniel and Stiles Watkins and many nieces and nephews. Robin was a 1954 graduate of Valley High School and lived in the Valley Station area most of her life. After graduation, she married Robert James Wilson and spent three years living in Germany where he was stationed with the U.S. Army. Following the death of her mother, Dorothy Shipley, Robin managed the Shipley homes for care for several years. Later she worked for several years as an administrative assistant at Hazelwood Center until she retired in 2006.

Robin was always a loving, generous person. When someone had a need, Robin was always the first to offer assistance. She was very involved in her children's and grandchildren's school and other activities and loved spending time with them. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Due to COVID restrictions a private family memorial service will take place.
