Mary Louise "Lou" (Lloyd) McNew, 75, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019.
She was born on November 20, 1943, in Laurel County, Kentucky, to the late Henry and Bessie (Brummett) Lloyd. Lou was also preceded in death by her husband, Keith McNew; and sisters, Cleo Tuttle, Geneva Dees, Loretta Helton, and Joyce Perry.
Lou is survived by her sons, Brian (Amy), Kevin (Amber), and Michael McNew; siblings, Barbara Atkins (David), Darlene Heron (Gene), and Charles Lloyd (Esther); grandchildren, Lindsey (Zachary Wilmoth), Annie (Tyler Massie), Madelyn, Zachary, Logan, Megan, Lucas, Cody (Jasmine), Dylan (Cassidy), and Ryan; great-granddaughters, Emma and Caroline; and her four-legged companion, Chico.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her funeral service taking place at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Silver Creek Cemetery in Sellersburg.
