Mary Ellen McAfee, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018. She was born in Salem, Indiana on February 25, 1948.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Carolyn Adams; and daughter, Carolyn Denise Shaffer and a great-great nephew Waylon Sowders.
Mary is survived by her beloved daughter, Monique Alisa Fields; grandchildren, Stephanie Denise Fields, Aron Ray Fields, David Alexander Murphy and Elizabeth Paige Murphy; father, James H. Adams; brothers, Roger P. (Janey) Lee, Dennis R. (Vanessa) Lee and Allen R. (Lynn) Lee; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn her passing.
