Mary L. Bruner

Mary L. Bruner, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on September 13, 2016 surrounded by family. She retired from Horner Novelty.

Mary was born on September 8, 1941, in Memphis, Tennessee to the late John and Harriet (Frakes) Fitzgerald. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John William Fitzgerald Jr.

Mary is survived by her children, Youlanda Kay Hansen (Scott) and James Keith Bruner (Kelli); grandchildren, Christopher Hansen (Cassie), Sarah Hansen, Leah Stevenson, Shelby Bruner, and Sarah Chandler; 8 great-grandchildren; and brother, Jim Fitzgerald (Julie).

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday, September 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
