Mary "Juanita" Block 75, of Louisville, KY was called home on December 8, 2014. She was born on March 8, 1939 in Newhaven,Ky to Cornelius and Agnes Slack. Juanita attended The Presentation Academy and enjoyed doing needlework.
She is survived by her sons, John and Brian Block, sisters, Chriss Ann Schneider(Mike), Jean Forehand, Lana Funaro(Frank), Nora Darcy(Joe), brothers, James C. Slack(Verna), Donald J. Slack(DeDe). She was preceded in death by her brother, P. Larry Slack.
Graveside Service will be at 1PM on Wednesday , December 10, 2014 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 2504 Walnut St., Schnellville, IN 47580
