Mary Jane Arnold

Mary Jane Arnold, 75, a giving and faith filled woman, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday morning, October 21, 2015. She was a loving mother to her children and a caregiver to many over the course of her life. Mary also enjoyed playing bingo.

She was born on June 16, 1940 in Evansville, Indiana to the late John Arnold and Dorothy (Connell) Oltman. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, John Arnold, Eddie Arnold, and Barbara Arnold.

Mary is survived by her children, Debbie Durham (Michael, Sr.), Patty Creal (Marion), Bobby Matthews (Janet), Barbara McMahon; brother, Jim Arnold (Connie); 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

Visitation will be from 4 PM to 8 PM on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9 AM. Her Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM Saturday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in New Albany.
