Mary V. Jacobs, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 6, 1950 to the late Joseph and Mary Miles.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Keith Jacobs; a daughter, Sheila Jacobs and two sons, Robert Jacobs and Wayne Jacobs.
Mary is survived by her two sons, William Wallace Jacobs, IV and Shaun Christopher Jacobs; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
