Mary Jana Hagan

Mary Jana Hagan, born September 19, 1956, passed away on October 22, 2026.

Mary will be remembered as a loving, caring, and welcoming woman whose kindness touched many lives. She was known for her generous spirit, always ready to share what she had with others. She gave to those experiencing homelessness and opened her shelter to them, reflecting a deep compassion that shaped the way she lived. As a sister and friend, she was uplifting and encouraging, someone who brought comfort and strength to those around her. Her joyful nature made her presence a gift, and her care for the environment was reflected in her love of gardening. Mary's positive disposition was a direct reflection of her mother's love and personality. Mary loved her many cousins of both the Thomas and the Hagan sides.

She was a graduate of Southern High School, class of 1975. Mary also served her country with dedication as a 20-year veteran of the United States Army National Guard, a commitment that spoke to her strength, discipline, and sense of service.

Mary shared many years with Davey Odendahl, her devoted boyfriend and longtime companion. Their enduring bond was an important part of her life and a testament to lasting love and companionship.

Mary is survived by her three sisters, Rita Soper (John), Jacinta Robinson (Harvey), and Maria Stephens (Terry).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rita Hagan; and by her brothers, Charles Hagan, Norbert Hagan, Paul Dean Hagan, James Gregory Hagan, Mark Hagan, Edwin Hagan, and Jerrod Hagan.

Mary Jana Hagan leaves behind the memory of a life marked by generosity, joy, service, and love. She will be deeply missed and warmly remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
