Mary E. Faltin

Mary E. Faltin, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on August 19, 2018. She retired from Bristol School Board in Connecticut and was a member of Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church. Mary was an avid reader and gardener. She was the founder of four book clubs throughout her life.

Mary was born on January 15, 1943 in New York City, New York to the late George and Mary Waldenmayer. She was also preceded in death by her son, Greg D. Faltin; and her beloved Australian Shepherd, Lizzy.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Gary L. Faltin; son, Jay R. Faltin (Kerry); and grandchildren, Sophia Faltin and Sehr Faltin.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). A memorial service will be held at Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church (311 Browns Ln. St. Matthews, KY 40207) on Saturday August 25, 2018 at 4 p.m.
