Mary Elizabeth(Staser) Delaney

Mary Elizabeth (Staser) Delaney, 70, of Crandall, Indiana, passed away on May 13, 2016. She was born on July 22, 1945, in New Albany, Indiana, to Louis and Annetta (Juliot) Staser. Mary was a great caregiver to her family, and a proud wife of a retired Airforce veteran. Mary enjoyed fishing, going to the "boat", and spending time with her family, and especially playing Euchre with her grandsons.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Tony Delaney, siblings; Louis and James Staser, Donna McKnight, Mary Louise Staser. Mary is survived by her loving children, BeLinda Compton( Wayne), Bruce Delaney, siblings, Barbara Hoskins (Jerry), Charles Staser (MaryAnne), Helen Paragin, Robert Staser, three grandchildren, Davis Delaney, Max White, Eric Compton.

Visitation will be from 12-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. with visitation before from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. in the chapel at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
