Mary Elizabeth Dedmon, 91, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Elkton, Kentucky on March 29, 1926 to the late Robert and Rebecca Arvin. She was a member of Eastern Star Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Dedmon.

Mary is survived by her beloved children, Dolly Townsend, Charles Dedmon, Gary Dedmon and Gregg (Marlow) Dedmon; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a brother, James Arvin; and a host of other family members and friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel. Visitation will be from 10-1 on Saturday at the funeral home.
