Mary Catherine Bishop, 93, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2019.
She was born on March 2, 1926 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Raymond and Daisy (Morrison) Richard. She is also preceded in death by husband, Herman Bishop, Sr., son Herman Bishop, Jr. daughter Diane Bishop, sisters Mary Virginia Richard, Edna Hall and brothers Carl, Raymond and Robert Richard.
Mary is survived by her sons; Frank Bishop, Daniel Bishop, David Bishop, Garey Bishop (Sandi), sisters; Shirley Meyer (Ronald), Doris Whitted (James), four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243) with burial to follow at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.
