Mary Ann Goff, 77, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2016 with her family at her side. She enjoyed going for walks and watching cardinal birds.
One of ten children, Mary Ann was born on January 4, 1939 in Eubank, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Mary Margaret (McWilliams) Goff. She served as the caretaker for her parents up until their passing. Mary Ann was also preceded in death by her sisters, Artie Schlinder, Ruth Hill, Sharon Daut; and brothers, Ted and Floyd Goff.
Mary Ann is survived by her sisters, Reda York, Erlene Longest; brothers, Robert Goff, Charles Goff; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her Funeral Service taking place at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
Contributions in Mary Ann's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (6100 Dutchmans Lane, Suite 401, Louisville, KY 40205).
