Mary Alice Cook

Mary Alice Fields Cook, 89, passed away on December 12, 2025, in Indianapolis, IN.

Mary was born to Flora and Sanford Fields in 1936. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Smith; her son, Christopher Cook, and his wife, Mary Hellmann; her grandchildren, Jeremy Tucker, Jennifer Smith, and Jessica Hawks; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Cook, and her siblings, Edward, Imogene, and Virga.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Middletown Historical Cemetery.
