Marvin Gene Hambric, 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021.

He was born on December 17, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Pearson.

Marvin is survived by his loving mother, Katherine Pearson; step-father, Charles Pearson; daughter, Joyce Ann (Montanez, Sr.) Perkins; grandson, Montanez Perkins, Jr.; grandson, DeShawn Perkins; sister, Carolyn Edwards; brother, Charles (Maricetta) Pearson; brother, Shannon Pearson; sister, Katherine Stride; sister, Charlotte Pearson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with Funeral Ceremony at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
