Marvin H. Cull

Marvin H. Cull, 88, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away at Norton Brownsboro Hospital on January 17, 2017.
He graduated from duPont Manual High School and served in the Marine Corps. Marvin retired from Akzo Nobel (the former Reliance Universal) in 1991. He was an avid magician and woodworker, and was a member of The Louisville Magic Club, The International Brotherhood of Magicians, The Order of Merlin and The Louisville Area Woodturners Club.
Marvin was born on September 22, 1928, to the late Woodford Cull and Lula Blanton Cull. He was also preceded in death by his brother, James Cull and sister, Lorraine Aaron.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Luikart Cull; daughter, Bridget Cull.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Anchorage Presbyterian Church (11403 Park Rd, Anchorage, KY 40223) or The Kentucky Humane Society.
