Marthana Petti, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 22, 2016. She had a passion for animals especially horses and dogs.
Marty was born on September 8, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Beverly and Jeanette (Fahey) Conner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Petti.
Marty is survived by her son, Mark (Elizabeth) Braden, step-children, Robert Petti, Steve (Mary Beth) Petti, Domenic (Debbie) Petti and Donna (Glen) Brooks who was her caretaker during her terminal illness. She is also survived by her brother, Paul Conner.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
