Martha Louise (Bezy) Lamb

Martha Louise (Bezy) Lamb, age 90, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Born on June 21, 1936, to Victor and Charlotte (Carpenter) Bezy, Martha was a cherished member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church throughout her life. Known for her love of euchre, bingo, and occasional casino visits, she brought joy and warmth to those around her.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her sister, Carla Bezy.

Martha is lovingly remembered by her husband of 67 years, Marvin Lamb, Jr.; her children, Dana Bline (William), Daniel Lamb (Robka), Dijuna Lamb, and Daryl Lamb (Vicki); her grandchildren, Billy Bline, Clinton Bline (Erica), Logan Lamb, and Emilee Clark (Ben); and her great-grandchildren, Layton, Nolette, Auzlyn, and Noik. She will also be missed by her sisters, Marilyn Banet, Mary Frances Buckman, Sharon Bowman (David), Patsy Oster (Bobby), Victoria Bezy; sister-in-law, Betsy Baker (Ray);  and numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, Martha will be cremated, and a celebration of her life will be held in the coming weeks at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions in New Albany. Her final resting place will be at St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the WHAS Crusade for Children in her memory.
