Martha Ann (Lovell) Jones

Martha Ann (Lovell) Jones, 85, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Monday morning, April 10, 2017. She was a member of Wesley Chapel UMC, The Red Hats, as well as a member of Labelle Chapter #419 Order of Eastern Star for over 50 years. Martha loved her family and pets. She always kept a neat home, enjoyed traveling, and doing graphic arts on her computer. She worked at Floyd Memorial Hospital and retired from Experience Works.

She was born on November 7, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Archie and Anna (Whitson) Lovell. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Troy Snyder.

Martha is survived by her husband of over 67 years, Robert Jones; children, Darryll "D.R." Jones (Teresa), Dennis Jones (Mary), Dena Hawkins (Jeff); grandchildren, Keith Bostock, Michael and Matthew Marshall, Whitney and Robbie Hawkins; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Thursday at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
