Marsha Renee Smith

Marsha Renee Smith was born on November, 8 1962 to the union of Bernice Smith-Ralston and the late Australia Smith. Marsha received Christ at an early age and was a member of Sweetleaf P.B. Church. She was the Mother to one child Itianna M. Smith aka "Mommy" Marsha Attended and Graduated from Waggner High School. Marsha pursued her love and interest in Modeling.
Marsha was a sweet and loving person who loved her family and friends, who would tell you "I don't play all the time!" She was known as NeNe to everyone, loved to dress and her hair was always pressed. She enjoyed decorating for all occasions, even St. Patrick's Day. Marsha had a good heart and shared whatever she had. You could find her volunteering every week at the Lord's Kitchen while spreading love and sass.

Marsha was preceded in death by the Late Australia Smith, her sister Cindy E. Smith, Brother James M.Smith and niece Irish L. Smith.

She is survived by her mother Bernice Ralston, her daughter Itianna M. Smith, sisters, Christine Thomas, Debbie Smith, Beverly Adams and Stacy Gaston, nieces Endora Lucas, Jameela Smith, Mahogany Livers and Ronesha Ivory, nephews, Adrian Elliot, Jesse Lucas, Antonio and Jamie Lucas and Jamie Miles; other relative & friends.

The family would like everyone who knew "NeNe" to celebrate life just as she did. You can grieve but smile and be happy for love and memories we've shared. Thank you for being apart of her legacy.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at Sweetleaf Primitive Baptist Church, 1254 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40210 from 11am-1pm with a celebration of Marsha's life beginning at 1pm.

Burial will follow at Green Meadows Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Lane, Louisville, KY.
