She was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas and mother, Mary Avery.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Brown; brother, Joey Avery; sister, Gilberta McKoy; nieces, Shawn and Pam; nephews, Rick, Don, and Bruce, Dulin; cousin, Charlesetta Bowman and a host of family and friends.
