Marneva Ann White, 62, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022. Neva grew up attending Howard Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to sing and dance and was always up for having a good time with her family and friends.

She was born on July 26, 1959, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Thomas and Pauline (Casey) White. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Regina White; sisters, Jeanette Lee and Larita Evans; and brothers, Walter White and Thomas White.

Neva is survived by her daughter, Shayna White; son, Nigel White; companion, Franklin Shannon; grandchildren, Alaina Boker, Caiden Boker, and Cameron Haynes; son-in-law, Terry Boker; sisters, Brenda White and Roverta White; brothers, Freddie White and Alvin White; sisters-in-law, Bernetta White, Latisha White, Libby Evans, and Patricia Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Howard Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (1715 E. Market Street, New Albany, IN). Cremation was chosen following Marneva's wishes.
