Marlene Lucretia "Chris" Woods, 77, of Louisville, passed away on May 23, 2016. Chris was born in Russellville, KY on April 10, 1939, to the late Robert and Jewell (Whitson) Stewart. She was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed quilting and caring for her flowers.
In addition to her parents, Chris was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph B. Woods and a brother, Marion R. Stewart. Survivors include her sisters, Phyllis Eaton (James) and Deborah Harrington (Paul); son, Eric Wayne Woods; grandson, Erick Dalton Woods whom she thought the world of; friends and neighbors, Pat and Sue; and her Chihuahua, Mousey.
