Mark S. Showalter, 55, formerly of Louisville, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015, at his home in Pleasureville, KY. He was born June 25, 1959, in Fort Thomas, KY.
He was a veteran of the US Coast Guard and a graduate of RETS Electronic Institute.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth A. Showalter.
Mark is survived by his mother, Eileen Showalter; sister, Julie Hauntz (Kevin); brother, Bryan Showalter (Karen Daunhauer);his loving companion and caregiver, Lynn Troxell; special friends, Ray and Pam DeVary; son, Andrew Showalter; daughter, Jessica Morgan (Scott), and grandson, Landon Morgan.
A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at St. Albert the Great Church (1395 Girard Drive, Louisville, KY 40222).
