Mark Houston McGar, 59, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in Hooksett, New Hampshire. Mark loved music and was an avid bass player. He enjoyed classic cars and going to car shows. Mark liked cooking and was known for his extra spicy homemade salsa.
Mark is survived by his sister, Barbara Bierman (Phillip); mother, Eva (Sanford) McGar; nephews, Thomas Bierman (Kelsey) & Justin Gephart (Amanda). He is preceded in death by his father, Iley McGar; and his brother, Eric McGar.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN.
