Mark Alan Hines, 53, of Charlestown, Indiana passed away on Sunday morning, May 13, 2018. He worked as a roofing contractor and was a member of Memphis Christian Church. Mark loved spending time with his granddaughters. He also had a love for his church, as well as helping others.

He was born on May 3, 1965 in Gary, Indiana to Eilean Hines and the late Jack Hines. Along with his mother, Mark is survived by his wife of 34 years, Annette Hines; daughter, Marissa Hines (James Huff); granddaughters, Payton, Ruby, Triniti, Emily; brothers, Paul Hines (Valerie), Daniel Hines (Michele); sisters, Darlene Hines, Cheryl Alan (John), Charla Martinez (Steve); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 3 PM to 8 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Thursday after 10 AM. His Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Thursday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Edwardsville Cemetery.

Contributions in Mark's memory may be made to the Above & Beyond campaign at Memphis Christian Church (13503 Memphis-Blue Lick Road, Memphis, IN 47143).
