Marjorie Lynn Rotenberger

Marjorie Lynn "Marji" Rotenberger, 57, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019. She was a United States Army veteran. Marji was a member of Northside Christian Church and the Emmaus Community. She was a hard worker, always willing to lend a helping hand, and also an animal lover.

She was born on July 20, 1962, in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, to Carl Rotenberger and Kathleen (Brown) Shelton. Along with her parents, Marji is survived by her significant other, MaryAnn Avis; brothers, Kevin Rotenberger (Donna) and Matthew Pell (Christine); as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Friday after 11:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Friday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Marji's family would like to thank the hospice team for the care they provided for her.
