Scott, Marilyn Sue, 60, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 16, 2016.
Sue was born on January 9, 1956, in Tryon, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Michael Scott, Sr.; daughter, Leslie Ann Scott; son Joseph Michael Scott, Jr. and grandson, Austin Thomas Castleman.
She is survived by her children, Rebecca Scott (Justin Castleman), Alicesa Scott (Andrew Wood), Angela Scott and Frankie Blackwell; grandchildren, Joseph Michael Scott, III, William Thompson, Jordan Leslie Scott, Heavenly Scott, Avery Milliner, Justin Castleman, Jr., and Devin Castleman; mother, Mary Barnes; brother, Rick Blackwell (Laura); and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A funeral service to honor the life of Sue will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Holly Cemetery in Fairdale, Kentucky.
In loving memory of Sue, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
