Margaret F. Perry (Hickman)

Margaret Perry passed away May 18th, 2026. She was born in Middlesboro, KY on January 18th, 1933. She worked as an administrative assistant at Family and Children's Agency for several years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Middletown. Margaret was a homemaker and a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. 

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Lee L Perry; her father and mother, Charles Albert and Essie Maude Estep Hickman; her sisters, Diane Haley, Shirley Stone (Eldo), Helen Haley (Ralph); her brothers, Jerry Hickman, Harry Hickman, and Ben Hickman (Betty); and her mother-in-law, Gladys Perry.

Margaret is survived by her 4 children, Linda Cunningham, Debby Cook (Mike), Kathy Jewell (Tom), and Alan Perry; her sister, Pat Hickman; her grandchildren, Scott Ritchie (Rachel), Brad Jewell (Aura), Tommy Cunningham (Alisa), Laura Boone (Justin); and her great-grandchildren, George and Walter Boone, and Oliver Jewell; along with several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11 am on Friday May 22, 2026 at First Baptist Church of Middletown 11721 Main St, Middletown, KY 40243. A celebration of Margaret's life will follow at 11 am there. Burial will be private in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. 

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Middletown.
