Margaret Carol Reed, age 79 of Louisville, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015. She was a retired RN with St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, and also taught at Spencerian College. She was a member of St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Regis and Margaret Moore Whitehead.
Carol is survived by her loving children, Suzanne Reed and Rebecca Reed; grandchildren, Kathrine and Clare Reed; and a host of relatives and friends.
Mass of celebration will be 9:30am Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 S 6th St, Louisville, KY., with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hosparus or Little Sisters of the Poor.
