Malcolm James Campbell, 85, of Louisville, died on June 25, 2024. Born December 22, 1938, in Laurinburg, North Carolina, he was the son of Hugh and Eva Campbell. Malcolm was a graduate of North Carolina State University. After receiving his degree in industrial engineering, he worked in the aluminum industry until retiring from Alcoa in Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his son, John F. Campbell.
Malcolm is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jane Campbell; his son, Duncan Campbell (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Macauley, Malcolm, and Meredith.
Visitation will be held at Springdale Presbyterian Church, Monday, July 1, 1pm-2pm, with a memorial service held immediately following visitation at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial expressions of sympathy may be made with donations to Springdale Presbyterian Church or WHAS Crusade for Children.
