Madison Simone Adams, our angel of 3 months, was called to Heaven on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
Madison is survived by her loving mother, Kendra Adams; father, Mack Culvin; grandmother, Kisha Butler; grandfather, Phillip Adams; paternal great-grandfather, William Jenkins; maternal grandparents, Walter and Annie Butler; great-great grandparents, Lucinda and Ron Humphries; aunts, Zaria Jackson, Shandrika Butler, Whisper Adams, Quiana Adams; uncles, Phillip Adams, Jr., Cameron McCadden and Andrew Lee Adams; great-aunts, Brianna Williams, Angela Williams, and Quiana Adams; great-uncles, Kendrick Johnson (Shavina) and Jimmy Adams (Quinnell); special friends, LaTonya Shelby, Tiffany Starling and Tinishia Bennett; and a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
A gathering will be held from 2 to 4 pm Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky (in Middletown).
Memorials may be made to the family.
