Lynne Minyard

Lynne G. Minyard, 68, of Louisville, KY, passed away April 16, 2016 after her long, courageous battle with cancer of 13 years. She was a retired real estate agent and in-home beautician. Her quick wit and never ending sense of humor will always be remembered.

Lynne was born November 26, 1947 in Mineola Long Island, NY to the late Francis "Bud" and Lillian (Robertson) Laedke. She was also preceded in death by her husband and best friend of 37 years, Donald "Donnie" Minyard.

Lynne is survived by her son, Scooter Ray Minyard; daughter, Kim (Andy) Bobsin; "son & caregiver", James B; "daughter" and friend, Jeanette "Nettie Bug" Moore; grandsons, Joseph "Tyler" Gwin and Blake Schoenbachler; her brothers, Lawrence "Larry" (Joan) Laedke of Evansville, IN; Charles "Chuck"(Sandi) Laedke of Eden, NY; her sisters, Alice L Knapp of Spring Hill, FL and Gaye Mayer of Lake View, NY; a sincere appreciation to her sister, Alice Knapp, for her loving support and encouragement over the years and Lynne's final days.

A tribute to Lynne's life will be held June 4, 2016 at Highland Park First Baptist Church on Billtown Rd at 2:30 pm.
