Lynn Wade Denny

Lynn Wade Denny, 76, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017. He had worked for Bruce Fox in New Albany, retired from Hitachi Cable, and worked at New Albany Springs Golf Course that he was very fond of. Lynn was a professional golfer, a member of the PGA of America, and was also a 32nd degree Mason.

He was born on February 24, 1941 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Harry and Wilma (Wade) Denny. Lynn was also preceded in death by his brother, Stan Denny.

Lynn is survived by his children, Christopher Denny (Jo Ann), Yvonne Sallee (Greg), Lea Ann Blackman, Wade Jackson; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Newcomer – Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Thursday after 10 AM. His Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Thursday in the chapel at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to Lynn's wishes. Burial will be private at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
