Luke Boyce Singleton, age 82 of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015. He was an Air Force Veteran and a Master Mason, Swigert Lodge #218 F&AM. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Phaymie Ritchie Singleton.
Mr. Singleton is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Shirley Douglas Singleton; children, Sharon K. Logan (John), Luke Boyce Singleton, Jr. (Barbara) and Colvin R. Singleton (Mary); grandchildren, Shawn (Holly), April, Katy (Jimmy), Crystal, Brandon, Carla (Michael) and Mary Beth; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Lillie, Abigail, Ruthie, Elaina, Kenley, Shawn, Jr., Shane and Stephen; sisters, Sue Mullins (Lloyd) and Barbara Short (Bill); brother, Samuel Singleton (Shirley); and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive from 9:30am-11:30am, with a memorial service at 11:30am. Private burial will be at Lebanon National Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
