Lucy Sherron Priddy, a beloved member of the Louisville community, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on March 14, 1947, in Danville, Kentucky, Lucy was the cherished daughter of Hiram and Mina (Wheeler) Ray. She was preceded in death by her loving mother and father, both of whom she held dear in her heart.
A devoted mother, proud gaga, and treasured friend, Lucy touched the lives of many with her vivacious spirit and unwavering love. As the previous owner of the 19th Hole Pub, she became a warm presence in the lives of countless patrons, offering all who entered a sense of community in her establishment. Her passion for animals, particularly her beloved kittens, was a testament to her nurturing nature.
Lucy’s spunky personality, paired with her genuine kindness, will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to know her. She leaves behind her sons, Justin (Buffy) Cheser, Hiram Brandon Cheser, and Sloane Cheser, along with her beloved granddaughter, Aslynn Cheser, and grandson, Austin Cheser. Together with extended family and cherished friends, they will carry forth her legacy of warmth and love.
