Lucinda Marie Nichter was born Nov. 1, 1934 in Louisville and passed Oct. 4, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Nichter; her daughters, Terraz (David) Dean and Karen Best; her sons, Chris (Stacy) Nichter and Tony (Derin Fetz) Nichter; and her grandsons, Jacob Best, CJ Nichter and Harrison Dean.
She was a long time Oldham County bus driver and postal worker. She spent her later years volunteering at the Agape Shop in La Grange. She was a lover of all animals and will be truly missed.
Her memorial service will be held Monday Oct. 11, 2021. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by a Mass from 12 to 1 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Louisville with burial at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Humane Society of Oldham County.
