Lu Jarvis Burns, age 83, of Louisville, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016. Originally from Olive Hill, she was born to the late Floyd and Lucy Jarvis. She retired from BellSouth as an electronic technician. She was a board member of CWA Union Local.
Lu is survived by her loving daughter, Anita "Starr" Capshaw; brothers, Michael (Sandy) and Franklin Jarvis (Sue); sister, Elizabeth Kikuchi; and a host of relatives and friends.
